Dea Consult and Princenhuis work together in Chi ku Cha.

The school was born from the inspiration of Philie and Jan van Veen when they started to work together in Curaçao. Philie and Jan are sister and brother raised in Aruba, Curaçao and The Netherlands.

Philie lives in Curaçao and has her own company Dea Consult. Philie is an organization and policy adviser in the area of upbringing, education, schooling and training.

Jan lives in the Netherlands where, together with Peter van Soest, he has his own company PrincenHuis. Jan is a therapist and has vast experience in coaching and counseling people, especially when it involves psycho-emotional problems.

Since 2005 we have been organizing workshops, training and coaching sessions for several organizations in Curaçao. Our work is lead by our motto "working with heart and soul". We focus on the improvement and enrichment of the 'interior' of the organization, on personal and professional development, on inner leadership, on the soul of the organization.

We have brought together in Chi ku Cha our experiences and our dreams, our thoughts, our discourses, and our work. In our vision and mission we explain the meaning of Chi ku Cha and we point out what we believe is the essential element of our work in Chi ku Cha. From our vision on learning and de-envelopment (development), we have created a concept that we call learning-in-principle®. This concept is the basis of the way we work and what we have to offer.

We are grateful for our inspiration and creation. We are certainly not done yet and need you to nourish, increase and introduce learning-in-principle in many different fields.
